How would your 10-year-old-self react to what you do now?
My 10-year-old-self would be surprised. I was extremely shy and quiet growing up. This role requires someone that is not afraid to be very vocal and outgoing.

How old were you when you started working and what was your first job?
I was 15 when I got my first job making pizzas at a small-town pizza shop.

What’s the most valuable thing you’ve learned while working at SYSTEMTEC?
I have learned to treasure all the unique personalities I get to interact with on a daily basis. No one person is the same as another and we ALL bring something to the table.
