What do you do on your commute to/from work?
I’m not really a morning person, so on my commute to work, I listen to a particular radio program every morning. The guys on the show provide lots of laughs. There is something about listening to it that starts my day out right and energizes me. I also usually have fun stories to tell my co-workers that I get from the show.

Would you rather cook or go out to eat? What or where?
Cook! I never wanted to learn to cook growing up, but somewhere along the way I decided to start cooking and I found that I really enjoy it. I love trying new recipes but our family’s favorite meal is parmesan-crusted chicken, asparagus, and saffron rice.  I joined a home meal delivery service which my family has really enjoyed. I pick new recipes that I probably would not try otherwise, but we have loved each one.

How old were you when you started working and what was your first job?
I was 16, in 10th grade, and worked at Bojangles. I was so excited about getting a job and making money. I ran the drive-through register and I remember how much fun we had. It was a great job for a young girl in high school.

What’s your favorite board game?
Sorry is my favorite board game. My family has a Sorry challenge tournament every year on New Year’s Eve. My son usually wins.
