SYSTEMTEC offers two types of W-2 employment to prospective employees: Salary and Hourly.

Our Salary employment model is based on 80 hours per pay period with straight time “bonus pay” for hours worked in excess of 80 hours per pay period. Salaried employees accrue PTO and are paid for a minimum of 9 holidays each year.  All Salaried employees are eligible for training/education reimbursement, company-paid Life, STD, and LTD.

Our Hourly model pays the employee for each hour worked and Hourly employees are eligible for most company benefits.

The Salary and Hourly models afford employees the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on the number of billable hours worked each quarter.

All W-2 employees have access to our Section 125 Cafeteria plan and coverage begins on the first day of the month following 30 days of service. All W-2 employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) retirement plan which matches 50% of the first 5% of an employee’s contribution. The 401(k) Plan includes a traditional pre-tax option as well as a Roth option. 

Our Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, voluntary life, cancer, STD, LTD, and flexible spending accounts. Premiums for most benefits vary based on the employment model and plan options.

Additionally, SYSTEMTEC pays referral fees for candidates that are referred and ultimately hired.
