A key differentiator in SYSTEMTEC’s business model, our Consultant Relations Representatives (CRRs) are dedicated to the care of our consultants and retention.

At the start of engagement, the territory CRR serves as a single point of contact for the consultant and for the client as related to the efforts of our consultant(s).  CRRs are proactive catalysts in the SYSTEMTEC/client communication and feedback process.

Allowing our consultants to focus on current assignments exclusively, our CRRs spearhead our consultant reassignment process.  The value in this position is measurable through our ability to consistently deliver successfully on projects and by our staff retention metrics.
